About Michael Stimpson

As an entrepreneur I have grown to love the freedoms and challenges of growing a business and watching it succeed! It requires significant determination, patience and hard work and is very rewarding which is why I continue my entrepreneurial adventures. I enjoy engineering, business and working with people. I started my career as a mechanical engineer, shortly after became a business owner, and have filled many other roles. Most people would say that I'm very analytical. I would agree, but I also love new ideas, creating efficiencies, helping customers and achieving results. I've developed high-tech weapons, hand-held and wearable electronic systems, created and managed a successful HVAC company and am now a loan officer at a fantastic mortgage company. I ask questions. I figure out root cause to problems and find ways to fix them. In the end, it's all about improvement: improving myself, the product or service I'm working on, and people's lives.
