Direct the Collateral Risk Management activities for a team of 28 staff members serving the entire Bremer Footprint in developing the bank's approach to mitigating collateral risk on Commercial and Agricultural related lending transaction. This consists of ordering and reviewing real estate appraisals, the development and certifying of in house real estate evaluations, the ordering, reviewing, and recommending of environmental risk management activities, as well as the delivery of other collateral risk management related tasks such as floor plan monitoring, machinery and equipment appraisals, as well as financial statement auditing.

Direct the Collateral Risk Management activities for a team of 8 staff members serving the Twin Cities Metro Bank, Fargo Bank, and Grand Forks bank in the ordering and reviewing of real estate appraisals, the development and certifying of in house real estate evaluations, the ordering and reviewing of environmental risk management reports, as well as the delivery of other collateral risk management related tasks such as floor plan monitoring, machinery and equipment appraisals, as well as financial statement auditing.

Oversee the approval, origination, and ongoing monitoring of small business, commercial, and SBA credit relationships. Serve as a subject matter expert to the banks lending staff and exercise a moderate level of individual lending authority. Provide direct management to a loan portfolio ranging from $50MM-$65MM in commitments.

Provide leadership and and mentoring to 3 Regional Commercial Credit Analysts and 3 Regional Commercial Banking Portfolio Managers. Direct the department's day to day workflow and deploy appropriate resources to meet the ongoing credit needs of the bank's commercial lending portfolio.

Provide leadership to the bank's Community Business Banking Department by overseeing the origination of new and existing relationships, past due loan monitoring, and problem loan administration. Exercise a moderate individual commercial lending authority on a daily basis and within scope of Bremer's credit risk objectives.

Commercial Banking Credit Analyst providing analysis on a wide variety of loan transactions including Small Business, Commercial, Non Profit, SBA, Agricultural and Commercial Real Estate. Serve as a subject matter expert for other credit analysts and lending staff.
