Having ran my own business for the past 20 years, hard work and dedication is second nature. Managing all aspects of the business 7 days a week, I have a broad understanding of what it takes to flourish in a high pressure environment, where every action and decision has a direct impact on success. 

However, I am now seeking a fresh start and pursuing new opportunities with a strong interest in the catering industry.My passion for cooking spans all the way back to childhood, and while my experience in a professional catering environment is minimal, I am eager to learn, and I am confident that I have the capability, enthusiasm and the ambition to develop the skills necessary to succeed in a fast paced catering environment.
