· Manage consignment stock, provide detailed analysis on field inventory rationalization by examining portfolios to make changes for inventory level based on profitability, sales and fill rate to the customer.· Partnering with Marketing and Replenishment to ensure sales and inventory forecasts are accurate and reasonable across all categories, reviewing forecast for new products launch and seasonal promotions.· Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.· Provide updates for daily, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables including national-wide Excess & Obsolete inventory, forecast accuracy and bias reviews, inventory ABC analysis, etc.· Create and update dashboards to visually present metrics and KPIs of Supply Chain, highlight key items and action plan to distributors to meet customers’ demands and exceed their expectation.

· Execute and improve forecast accuracy and replenishment process to maximize customers satisfaction and minimize lead times and supply chain costs. Manage backorder situation and develop recovery plans with suppliers to optimize service to customers and minimize patient impact.· Set appropriate demands forecast and maintain timely in SAP APO in alignment with sales forecast from Marketing. Develop reporting to monitor accuracy impacts and month to month forecast changes.· Collaborating to build effective new products launch and phase out planning, balancing impacts on target setting, inventory levels, scrap obsolescence, gains and losses costs and service level to customers· Improve inventory turns by reduction and avoidance of obsolete inventory. Develop, maintain and implement best practices inventory models in warehouse and hospitals to maximize service level.· Maintain accurate Material Master data in general and specifically for setting on Product Life Cycle Management, ABC class, MRP settings includes safety stock analysis.

· Lead the supply chain team of 40 employees. Organize, direct and coach the team in fulfilling its plans.· Responsible for providing leadership and overall direction for all aspects of inventory management and in-stocks across the retail stores and on-site working areas. · Create and implement processes for procurement collaboration, forecasting and central allocations using supply chain best practices to improve the on-time delivery rate and the customer satisfaction. · Assemble project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines and acquires resources needed, such as warehouse moving, business expansion and acquisition, etc.

· Develops and implements methods and processes for improving warehouse productivity and efficiencies includes receiving & handling & shipping and also 3rd party transportation performance· Supervise the team leads, administrative staff and manage the day-to-day operations and KPIs.· Manage timely, accurate and cost-effective outbound shipments that support the company targets· Manages the company cycle count program and physical inventory counts. Supports the process with effective root cause and corrective action.· Lead 5S Improvement project to promote and maintain a safe, neat and clean working environment. · Negotiation of freight and trucking rates; Complete freight audits and process claims as necessary

· Responsible for daily replenishment, coordinate with suppliers to smooth flow of raw and finished goods.· Control and optimize stock level of 1000 items, report slow-moving and overran inventory.· Manage inventory, forecast, schedule and executed time-lined shipments as per purchase orders.· Adjust safety stock level based on the sales and maintain parameter of master data in SAP.

· Responsible for daily inventory replenishment of imported parts from China to France for aligning with the production planning and scheduling.· Draft purchase plans and demand forecasting according to the weekly MRP.· Communicate and negotiate with Chinese suppliers to resolve emergent problems.· Monitor all the deliveries from suppliers and prepare transportation performance reports.
