Manage inventories of raw materials and finished product, responsible for ordering raw materials and production schedule. Control over pilot program, recipe development and in-house barrel program. Oversee daily QC/QA practices and manage/work in the yeast lab. Follow the product from raw materials-wort production-fermentation and aging-packaging. (manage production from grain to glass)

Work directly with head Brewers in development and execution of mainstay beers as well as test recipes. Actively work in brewing process to ensure efficiency and proper execution and greatest sanitary procedures. Administer clean-in-place procedures on fermenters and other equipment throughout the facility. Brew, cellar, and package beer. Manage team of brewing technicians and execute QC/QA processes to ensure product quality and repeatability.
