I joined the Co-operative Bank as Test Practice Lead in March 2019. This was a new role to the bank, requiring an experienced people, test and assurance practice lead who (1) leads the Testers in good practice testing and career development; and (2) works on the shop floor testing.

After 24 years of working in Investment Banking and Private Banking IT in London, New York and Singapore, I decided a break was in order to pause, reflect and have the energy and time to learn new things. So I relocated with my family to my wife's beautiful home country of New Zealand.

In early 2016 there were re-organisations within Credit Suisse: APAC became a business division and the global testing horizontal was disbanded. I was asked by the head of APAC PB IT to lead a new function of APAC PB IT Testing and Quality. In May 2015 I handed the role of DPB Test Lead (see position below) to my deputy and became Product Test Lead on the new Relationship Manager Ecosystem (RME) project.RME supports the daily activities of a relationship manager (RM) by collating, aggregating and displaying data which is context sensitive to the RM or a client. This facilitates the RM in having informed discussions with their clients.My responsibilities were the same on RME as for DPB.

In March 2013 I took internal mobility into the Head of Global Test Centre FICC role. The team comprised 120+ testers primarily across Singapore, Pune and Kiev covering multiple asset classes and projects.I retained my Head of GTC Singapore role.

In November 2008 post Barcap's acquisition of Lehmans I was asked to create a test team to effectively replicate a Lehman Equities team which was lost to Nomura.I built the team, and managed 50+ Testers and Test Managers across Equity Liquid Markets and Equity Derivatives.
