Human Resources Business Partner
Serves as a strategic partner to leadership of assigned departments and functions across the system by consulting on issues relating to employee relations, recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee and organization development needs. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the assigned unit's financial position, goals and strategic priorities in order to provide relevant HR problem-solving solutions; introduce appropriate initiatives; and to help build organizational effectiveness and high employee engagement. Collaborates with the HR Centers of Excellence teams to deliver quality business outcomes. Advises and coaches management on methodologies to drive workforce performance, via talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational effectiveness and change management. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of the system.
