Michael and his wife Marsha are currently planting a church just outside of Berlin, Germany. They work in an area where most people claim to be atheist as that was what they learned growing up behind the Berlin Wall. The family as a unit is almost nonexistent as most young couples choose cohabitation rather than the life long commitment of marriage. The Talleys have focused much of their ministry on evangelizing the next generation, trying to reach the children and youth before they become ingrained with atheistic philosophy. There goal is to establish strong churches that will themselves be able to aid in the spreading of the gospel.

Berlin, Germany

After completing deputation ministry in January 2001, Michael and his wife moved to Berlin, Germany in 2001 to work in a team ministry while studying the German language. They worked with the youth and children, conducted discipleship Bible studies and helped with the music. In 2003 Michael was the camp director for children and teen camps.
