Setup the purchasing policy for Legendary Hong Kong Restaurant and the Central Kitchen which LKT owns.To practice “Compliance and Governance” pertaining to the handling of supplies.I am the group’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the LKT group.Seconded for 3 months to Meili Technologies Pte Ltd as Financial Controller. Tasked to setup theiraccounting processes and governance. Assisted the CEO to setup the HR policies and to weigh in on the sales and marketing activities.Special project research and development.

- To ensure the Operations comply with the Oil Companies (ExxonMobil, Shell, Caltex, SPC and Sinopec) delivery KPI and Safety Standards.- To lead and ensure all departments comply with the Companies Compliance and Governance.- To manage the P&L and to improve Productivity in all Departments.- To ensure and cover the duties of the Compliance Department in accordance to the Safety Standards and requirements of the Oil Companies.- To conduct field visits and spot checks/inspections.

I am managing a company with an annual sales turnover of about $40 mil.

I have been seconded to BSAP as Business Planning Manager and I am currently handling 4 countries. They are Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Korea.

I was transfered to the local sales office to set up the Training Division and to improve the Training and Commercial Sales Division. I had to develop our channels and to improve sales.

I was the window person between the market and factory for Bridgestone Tires. I was in-charged of 11 countries. (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Brunei, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Philippines). We conducted field work and was directly involved in the sales activities for Truck and Bus tires.

We were contracted by BMW to conduct Regional Training for BMW and Rover cars. This company was also the sole distributor for beauty products from Italy and I was handling the promotions of this product through the channels.

Before I joined the company, they were averaging 6 to 8 cars a month. I was able to turn the company around and we were selling about 35 units a month. That was within 1 month after I joined the company. Sales Executive closure rates improved considerabily.

Conducted in-house training for technicians and contributed to the Companies Branding by creating "Intra-motors Golf Escapade" and was able to invite Mr. Bernard Chen (Member of Parliament) and Dr. Kay Segler (MD of BMW Asia Pte Ltd).

Company was this sole distributor for Renault Cars and the owner owned many properties around the world. In the workshop, I had to manage 35 staff and we handled all repairs, warranty claims and government "1st of it's kind" homologation inspections.As Business cum Project Manager, I managed the construction of the new 4 story workshop cum office building and Ubi.
