Work description :1. In charge and review of full set & financials for entities in Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia entities2. Business partner with Unit Leaders to meet evolving business needs3. Ensure that the corporate budgeting processes are effectively executed & reviewed 4. Maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports, including Project Management Reporting, that are suitable for the users and in compliant with the GAAP5. Monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize project and organizational risks6. Negotiate with Banks for lines of credit or other financial services as needed7. Lead and develop Finance teams to enhance performance & effectiveness

1. Manage, oversee and supervise all aspects of audit work to ensure thorough completion and timely presentation of reports2. Ensure performances are being managed, team and individual objectives are achieved, and that the team members are actively coached and developed3. Strive to achieve team and individual budget and business plan objectives4. Ensuring relationships with clients are maintained and enhanced by identifying new opportunities to continue revenue growth5. Serve and manage diverse client portfolio across various industries, including services, hospitality, manufacturing and trading companies

1. Carry out audit work to ensure the true and fair views of the statutory financial statements2. Perform internal controls checking on revenue and receivables cycles, purchase and payables cycles, and treasury cycles to ensure sufficient controls being implemented by the company3. Review of consolidated financial statements4. Serve and manage diverse client portfolio across various industries, including trading, manufacturing, investment and plantation companies
