Conduct tender exercise, technical check and project budget for M&E Services including Electrical, ELV, Cold water and Sanitary, Environment Control, Fire Protection, Vertical Transportation, Compressed Air and LPG.

Conduct project management for M&E services inclusive of Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, ACMV and Lift Systems. Review shop drawings, as-built drawings and O&M submitted by sub-contractor. Prepare progress claim and issue progress certificate. Conduct value engineering to improve the system and budget. Control and monitor for cash flow and project budget.
