Primary architect and principal software developer for Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager Express (CME) and (SRST) Survivable Remote Site Telephony (IP based PBX software tightly integrated into Cisco IOS based ISR routers and Voice Gateways). Worked closely with marketing and large enterprise customers to acquire an in-depth understanding of customer use cases and end-user requirements, and translated those into working solutions.
