Personnel Administration

Provide professional-level administrative support to management that requires exercise of independent judgment and initiative for over 15 years. Represent supervisor in both internal and external settings. Coordinate calendars, travel itineraries and maintain associated records for supervisor and/or other staff as assigned. Proofread and edit reports, emails, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Distribute large volume of incoming mail for distribution to all interoffice staff. Order all supplies, equipment and test material for entire department. Answers incoming calls, determine purpose of caller and forward calls to the appropriate department.
