About Michael Taylor

I have a PhD in physics and 12 years experience developing optical technologies. I have extensive experience in optical microscopy, biological imaging, and biophysics. I have worked in universities and research institutes in Australia, New Zealand, and Austria, and have worked in labs focusing on optical physics, animal neuroscience, and cell culture. My work has resulted in 25 scientific publications, including papers in premiere journals Nature and Nature Photonics. I have been awarded 5 research grants with a combined value of $2.5 Million.Recently moved to Dunedin, New Zealand
