On top of my day to day role as I Product Manager, I have also been a Product Owner of the Entreprise Mobile, Spark Consumer & SME Mobile and now Spark and Skinny Broadband squad. This role includes but is not limited to- Shaping the squad's roadmap and backlog of upcoming initiatives and projects to ensure we meet squad and tribe key results - Working with finance teams to forecast upcoming projects- Running agile ceremonies including sprint plannings, backlog refinements, big room plannings and more - Working with senior leadership to align on strategic goals and how we will work cross-tribe to deliver to these- Building business cases for new initiatives and presenting these to different leadership teams

After joining Spark through the graduate intake in 2018 I joined the Mobile Tribe and have worked across the Consumer, SME and Enterprise mobile portfolios. My role has included - Development of new propositions for the Consumer, SME and Enterprise portfolios- Working with internal and external stakeholders on new product development- Designing new frameworks and reusable functionality for our customer marketers - Leading end to end technical delivery teams- Life cycle management of our existing mobile products

Worked with Junior Learning through my 4th year of studies and after completion to design multiple new children STEM educational products of which three have gone on to be released globally. My role at Junior Learning included- Using 3D design software to create models and drawings of educational technology products - Constructing prototypes and confirmed designs with design, marketing and management teams.- Performing physical testing on engineering prototypes.- Ensuring components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry (including toy safety) and business standards.- Working alongside manufacturing partners to assist development and production.

- Worked on design and development of new interactive escape room experiences involving graphics design, fabrication of mechanical and electrical devices and regular maintenance and upkeep of these devices. - Customer service and communication- Highly detailed focused work under tight time constraints
