Melbourne Metro Tunnel and Stations PPPPart of the successful tender team as M&E Design Manager and transitioned into the delivery phase as M&E and Rail Systems Technical Manager covering a wide range of systems including: HV Power, Traction Power, Tunnel Ventilation, Station Building Services, Control Systems, Rail and System Interface. Key achievements:• Establishment of an in-house design team to deliver designs for all Mechanical, Electrical and Control systems across the project.• Management of specialist sub-contract resources for design of: Earthing and Bonding, EMC, Tunnel Ventilation Controls, Building Management and Power SCADA.• Managed Design JV scope of specialist design services: Rail Alignment, Trackform, Fire Engineering, Tunnel Ventilation System and Modelling and Building Services Concept Designs.• Practical involvement in the Systems Integration process between interfacing Signalling and Infrastructure Alliance projects.• Technical leadership on the mitigation of EMI in the Parkville precinct. • Management of technical procurement and contracts for for: HV, Tunnel Ventilation, Vertical Transport, TVCS, BMS ad D&C Building Services.

Wheatstone Tanks Project - EVT JVInitially deployed to Penglai, China, I assisted in managing the construction of 16 modularised piping, electrical and instrumentation platforms for the Wheatstone Tanks project.Following completion of works in China, I was mobilised to Onslow in Western Australia where I managed the external Structural, Mechanical and Piping works, the connection of the completed modules, as well as Electrical and Instrumentation scope for two 150,000m3 LNG tanks and two 120,000m3 condensate tanks.

QCLNG Upstream Project.During my time on this project I was responsible for construction of the Electrical and Instrumentation works associated with: Ruby Jo Central Processing Plant, Ruby Jo 132/33kV Substation, Bellevue Central Processing Plant, Bellevue 132/33kV Substation and Jordan Central Processing Plant.In these roles I managed teams in the execution of works such as: Construction, Pre-commissioning and energisation, Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas, Quality Assurance and Completions and Handover.

Brisbane Airport Link Tunnel ProjectResponsible for construction engineering support for 5km of 2 lane tunnel and electrical equipment rooms, commissioning support, final defect management and transition to operation. I also managed the first 2 tunnel maintenance shutdowns for the purpose of final defect management.
