A relationship and project management role focussing on the alignment of the Olympic and Commonwealth Games campaign planning of National Sport Organisations (NSOs) and the NZOC's wider NZ Team plan. Accountable for clear communication to ensure NZOC and NSOs have the required information and resources to deliver a performance-focussed environment at Games time.

Manage the operations, logistics and team support of the province's elite team. Provide direction and leadership, creating and sustaining an achievement-focused high performance environment.

Managed the relationship with a portfolio of mostly National Sport Organisations, as well as some Regional Sports Trusts and local councils. Fully understood partner organisations business, advised them, and advocated their value proposition to achieve outcomes of mutual benefit for both partner and Sport NZ.

Input into SPARC’s overarching investment strategy and responsible for contract and investment management with key stakeholders. Engaged with the majority of SPARC’s recognised National Sport Organisations to negotiate appropriate outcomes and KPIs, primarily regarding sport development investment.
