I have 10 years of experience in education. I have predominantly specialized in working with students in need of Emotional support(teaching and case management). I have a gift and a passion for working with this population of students. Over the last 5 years I have moved into a management position and became the Emotional Support Program Director at my school. It was my job to develop and implement this program inside the school but to also help cultivate a team and systems that helped nourish the program. These students many times can be successful once given the right supports and right programming. I wish to help other schools achieve this level of programming for their most at risk students.
