Over 35 years of client focused project advisory services across most industry sectors. Initial careers with McLachlan Consultants, Sir Robert McAlpine, Baulderstone and Lend Lease.In 2003 I co-foundered TSA Management. As Managing Director (2003 - 2017) the business saw consistent and significant organic growth as we delivered our brand of client focused projects services. Growth was supported by a strong repeat client base, a respected culture, strong employee retention and a range of ownership models that evolved to catered for the demands of growth and succession. Partnering with private equity (2017 - present) the business continues to adapt and evolve with all the challenges and opportunities this brings. After a wonderful journey of growth I resigned as a Director of TSA Management in March 2021 excited at the prospect of exploring new business opportunities and assisting others with what I have learnt on my journey.
