- Support customer’s servers running Unix/Linux/Windows based Bolo and Excalibur application software.- Provide customer's with after-hours and weekend support.- Build and stage servers for new customers. This involves installing the core OS, prepping the OS for a specific application and installing the application itself.- Troubleshoot server performance issues, database issues, networking issues, software issues, and front-end application issuesManage internal QA, Development and Support environments by building/staging virtual machines.- Support personnel’s go-to person for internal application functionality and connectivity issues.- Perform software and infrastructure upgrades internally and externally.- Conduct on-site visits to multiple customers to perform one or more of the responsibilities shown above.- Own team cases and delegate tasks to team members. Awareness of all tasks/cases my team currently owns making sure the issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining a balanced workload for each team member.
