An extremely fast paced job where either you kept up or got left behind. The point of my position was to cut out a chunk of the beef not suitable for consumption. It's a freezer like environment with frozen or just extremely cold meat. This could be considered a dirty job depending on the position but I worked the perfect spot for my high energy and low tolerance for a mess.

Without a driver's license I was only ever able to do on foot patrol. And without a couple years of experience I couldn't carry any weapons. So the majority of my time was spent doing the necessary -Observe and Report-. It was slow job that furthered my patience when the tempers of those around me escalated.
