• Manage a team of 10+ to help achieve hiring goals• Regularly meet with the internal teams to go over hiring targets for their teams for the quarter• Facilitate regular meetings with team to go over performance and how to help them hit their goals• Spearhead the recruiting life cycle to ensure that the targeted candidates are applying, interviewing and facilitate the onboarding process• Develop talent acquisition sourcing strategy related to production hiring, recruiting strategies, career fair execution and the candidate experience• Collect and verify I9 documents to government work authorization standards• Support/Cover HR teammates when out on vacation or leave• Report metrics based on data collected using industry standards• Supporting the recruitment at multiple sites throughout the United States and Canada• Developing the sourcing strategy for the site to ensure that the appropriate focus drives the recruiting model• Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development• Executing an in-depth understanding of behavioral interviewing skills and candidate evaluation techniques• Comprehensive and effective utilization of the ATS for sourcing, screening and candidate management• Develop, monitor and measure all talent acquisition initiatives to ensure trends are identified and addressed, including, but not limited to, turnover and retention
