ArcherDX is now Invitae

As Property and Tenant Manager for Spring Meadow Properties, I was responsible for all aspects of managing two residential rental properties and a few small offices, three single-family dwellings, an equine facility, and over 100 acres of mixed farm, pasture, and forest. Here, I led teams of professionals during all aspects of repairs and remodels, and I trained teams and peers in professional skills, safety protocols, and regulations.During these years, my composure under pressure was strengthened and solidified. I learned to be familiar and accommodating with the often unforeseen challenges of maintaining buildings and their utilities, as well as interacting with tenants, contractors, and the general public. My responsibilities included leases, utility oversight, managing tenant concerns, vacancy showings, rental collections, renovations, risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, general maintenance, plowing and snow removal, equine caretaking, pasture raising, and much more.
