Mike Thompson, a third-generation Oklahoman with over 20 years of experience in government and public affairs, has cultivated a reputation for honesty and integrity. Mike's career in state government began in 2004 when he was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Following his service in the House, Mike served as the Oklahoma Insurance Department's Deputy Commissioner of Government and Public Affairs. He subsequently worked as the Director of Government and Public Affairs for BP America and BP Lower 48/BPX for eight years, developing the annual strategy for all political and public affairs engagement in Oklahoma.
