As the CEO and Managing Director of Social Plus Support Work, I lead a social enterprise that provides support services to people with disabilities and mental health issues. I have over 4 years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about creating positive social impact and empowering our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. Social Plus has rapidly grown to now have a team of more than 100 locals, supporting people right across the Riverina. We are also currently working to launch our own SAAS product, Care Plus - in response to our need for a better online solution for managing rostering and the day-to-day operations of our organisation.I also have over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where I developed my skills in hospitality, time management, restaurant management, and catering. I hold a Diploma of Accounting from The Australian College of Commerce and Management, and I use my financial knowledge and acumen to manage the budget, cash flow, and reporting of Social Plus Support Work.
