Managing multiple engineers on providing drawings for natural gas replacement piping systems according to customer sketches and historical documentation.Examination of drawings done by my direct reports to provide an optimal product for the clients use in construction of new gas pipelines. Piping analysis engineer supported the design of multiple piping systems for the Columbia Class submarine. Provided support by modeling, analysis, explored previous designs, fielded customer questions, and corresponded with vendors.Coordinated with other engineering, design, and manufacturing personnel to ensure the piping systems met all Navy specifications.Created piping systems using multiple 3D modeling programs such as Siemens Teamcenter and in house software.Performed fatigue analyses, and weld qualification calculations for nuclear piping and support structures.Produced clear and complete reports to convey results, in a detail focused format within a timely manner to be sent to other departments along with outside the company.Taught new engineering personnel about the fatigue adequacy of a piping system. This course involved the history, different formulas, various methods, and evaluating results of fatigue adequacy.
