I have over 25 years experience as a litigator in New Zealand and the UK. My background is in insurance litigation in the fields of public liability and professional indemnity.Over the years, I have developed advocacy skills in courts, tribunals, and in dispute resolution forums. I am particularly skilled in acting for clients in mediations. I have extensive experience assisting participants in the leaky building area in resolving their claims in a cost effective manner. My other areas of expertise are commercial litigation, principally in the areas of building and construction law, landlord and tenant law, and insurance. As a small practice, I provide nimble and responsive advice to clients who will never feel that their matter has been passed on to someone junior in the firm.
