Working in Merchandise at Disney Springs as part of the Disney College Program. As of January, became a Merchandise Trainer in my current location.

I help assist the campus' Office of Sustainability with various tasks, most notably in setting up a "Sustainability Network" to help connect current students with alumni who have jobs in areas surrounding sustainability, in the hopes to bring them together and spark student interest in sustainability.

I assist professors with several tasks, and I manage computer simulations for both Principles of Management and Strategic Management courses. I also am a resource for students who need help with the simulation.

I also served guests with excellent customer service and helped deal with any customer complaints.I was also able to instruct new employees on the protocols of interacting with customers as well as teaching them set-up and serving etiquette.
