I’m a security and safety professional with over 25 years of experience protecting people, facilities, and information across corporate, educational, and government sectors. Whether I’m managing a security program, conducting risk assessments, or delivering training on Insider Threats, I’m driven by a passion for keeping people safe and staying ahead of challenges.I’ve had the privilege of serving in roles like Corporate Facility Security Officer at Shackleton Group, Head of Safety and Security for St. Julian's School, serving my fellow citizens as a law enforcement officer, Fire service professional, and even as a U.S. Marine Security Guard at 3 Embassies on 3 different continents.. These experiences have taught me the importance of collaboration, continuous learning and maintaining a sense of humor—because security doesn’t have to be intimidating!I love working with teams, building robust security programs, and helping others understand safety protocols through engaging and comprehensive training. Also, Instructing and certifying persons who have the same passion as I in assisting those who need emergency services in CPR, First Aid, and first responder actions. I’m fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and always ready to adapt to new challenges. My enjoyments consist of staying healthy with various exercise and strength training, including jogging, biking, and pickleball. Let’s connect!
