As the institution's first Executive Director for Institutional Research, oversee the institutional research area which has as its primary mission to provide accurate and timely institutional data to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as to deliver research-based analysis/strategic insights to the College’s key decision makers. I am fortunate to lead a staff with particular expertise in data analytics, data visualization, and survey design. Ultimately, the most critical expectation of the position is to lead the development of an institution-wide culture of data informed planning and decision making.
