Prior to entering private practice, I spent 21 years as in-house counsel, the last 13 of which was as vice-president and general counsel to RD Management, LLC, the fifth largest private real estate development company in the country. Since entering private practice, I have concentrated my practice on complex commercial and residential real estate transactions involving properties throughout the United States. These transactions include acquisitions and sales, development work and commercial and retail leasing as well as all types of financing.
