I am the Managing Director of Allegiance Commercial Real Estate. Allegiance offers its clients strategic real estate solutions, based on three decades of success advising some of the best companies in the US.With over 30 years of granular experience I have personally transacted a full array of industrial and commercial projects in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Region. This experience includes Class A logistics and distribution tenant rep assignments, marketing "special purpose" industrial property: semi-conductor fab, heavy metal fabrication, food processing (milk fluids, flour, fruit ingredients, protein, soy based products) and the 100% organic environment. From a geographic standpoint whether it is west out to the Panhandle of Maryland, the Ohio border; up through New York State and as far north as Augusta, Maine, the industrial infrastructure and existing industrial inventory are known to me as a function of projects with Gillette, Duracell, Ultra-Life Battery, Black and Decker, Silgan, GAF, R.R. Donnelley, M&T Bank, and Kohler to name but a few of the many fine companies I have had the pleasure of working with over my career. In 2010 I earned my CCIM designation. I gained invaluable insight into the financial metrics supporting commercial and industrial real estate. This coupled with my first hand knowledge of the market both along the interstate system and out into the "weeds" of rural America has proven invaluable to our clients.
