Our mission is to provide clients with optimal hiring processes to find ideal candidates, using both RXO and MSP programs. In my role, I provide support to our internal processes throughout the Operational Excellence Division. I lead and assist Lean Six Sigma projects to further strengthen our ability to provide the best possible service to our clients. These projects can range from:- Improving communication tools between recruiters, suppliers, and hiring managers- Process assessments, Identifying improvement areas within process flows- Program health reviews, finding the strengths and challenges within program teams. Providing support and sharing best practices to other programs I am truly grateful for this experience as it has taught me how to apply my Lean Six Sigma knowledge to real world situations. My team has provided me with endless support and a positive work environment that has helped me go above and beyond to accomplish our goals!
