CurrentThe Service Documentation and Communications Specialist supports the Insurance Services team by developing, coordinating, and maintaining operating procedures, service, and educational communications. This position collaborates with marketing specialists in the Insurance Line of Business to maintain consistency in tone and language used across all external facing sales, education, and servicing materials. • Optimize, implement, and maintain effective written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertaining to serving insurance ministry partners and members • Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals and process documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SOPs accurately represent the processes needed to meet customer quality requirements and standards. • Maintain document and change control tracking/submittal/approval process. Leverage anticipatory reports tor review and accuracy of procedural documents based on the predetermined review date and obtain timely managerial approval • Perform routine policy audit against booklets, policies, procedures, and customer communications • Responsible for maintenance of ABBS letters and customer-facing paper and electronic forms• Manage, administer, and control documentation workflows and design configuration to ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation to internal teams, vendors, or any external entities requiring specifications. • Act as the point of contact for all controlled document requests as well as support during internal/external audits. • Serve as Records Retention Deputy Monitor relevant applications for records retention schedule adherence • Serve as DocuSign SME for Insurance Services. • Serve as Seismic SME for all medical and ancillary plan booklet documentation. • Maintain Insurance Help Center content with relevant articles and • Other duties as assigned.
