Michael Villanueva offers a unique combination of over 20 years experience in applied engineering design and Human Resources Management. While engaged in engineering design, he began to study and learn the impact of diversity and inclusion on the business which resulted in his involvement in various diversity initiatives. He led a diversity council, served on the executive board of an employee resource group (ERG) and eventually developed and facilitated diversity and inclusion training.
