As a Barista Trainer at Starbucks for more than three years, I contributed to the success and growth of three different locations by providing excellent customer service, creating quality beverages, and coaching new and existing partners. I also applied my problem solving and writing skills to resolve customer issues, communicate feedback, and document procedures and policies.My passion for learning and sharing knowledge led me to pursue a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington. I also obtained a certification in bartending, which enhanced my ability to create and customize drinks for different occasions and preferences. I am currently working on getting a CompTIA A+ certification to expand my skills in IT and technology.
