Talent Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing Talent Acquisition and Development for the North America region representing the world's premium rolled aluminum manufacturer. Key activities within this function is to manage the full cycle of talent from onboarding to movement within the organization through multiple talent review actions and building technical bench strength in a high growth environment.Direct execution of front-line and high-potential leadership development programs in a high high performance environment aligning with both organization and company goals.Lead all succession planning activities to identify and develop key talent building internal bench at all levels of the organization.Manage multiple assessment processes for both leadership and high potential individuals and certified coach for 360 Process. Responsible for Performance Management process that focuses on development and aligns with Talent Management strategies. Direct recruiting efforts for technical talent to include managing talent within the intensive Engineering Development Program.
