Hi! I’m Michael Voros, a dynamic community leader and I manage First West Credit Union’s Envision Financial Branch in Langley, B.C. With a passion for building and leading high-performance teams, I’ve a developed reputation for excellence while progressing through increasingly senior roles in a financial service industry that spans more than 18 years. My philosophy at work is to not only deliver outstanding results, but to have fun while doing so. I’m passionate about seeing my teams succeed and I have led teams to top-performing spots within my organization. My comprehensive banking experience (I’ve achieved success in nearly every type of branch banking role) gives me a uniquely deep understanding of the business, and I’m also known for forging strong relationships with First West’s members. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and three kids. Most of all, I appreciates visits to our family cabin on Mayne Island, coaching youth school and club basketball, and volunteering at my local church in Langley.
