I particularly assist for interaction with government and community stakeholders.My expertise includes with legal issues associated with building, clearing, climate change, contamination, electricity, heritage (Indigenous and non-indigenous), local government, native title, renewable energy, waste, water and other government regulation. Through my career I have developed extensive knowledge and experience in these areas, working on some of Australia’s most significant projects.I have been recognised by Best Lawyers for Planning and Environmental Law and Climate Change in Perth and by Doyles Guide as a recommended Leading Planning and Environment Lawyer WA.I am a board member of West Cycle, the peak cycling body throughout Western Australia and a representative voice for all bike riders.
