I am a director at Pinnacle Sales Consultancy, a board advisor to CIG, and an ocean race sailing competitor. I have over 10 years of experience in leading sales teams and developing international business strategies in the consumer health industry. I am passionate about innovation, customer insight, and cross-functional collaboration.For more than four years, I worked with ECRM, a US-based digital platform and face-to-face discovery business, as an international business consultant. I helped to establish their first European operation in the Netherlands and supported their growth and expansion. Recently, I achieved a 14-year ambition of participating in a 7500 nautical mile ocean race from England to Uruguay on a 70-foot yacht, Zhuhai. I completed the challenging and rewarding journey in 37 days, enduring winds up to 50 knots and racing for hours at a time. I am always looking for new opportunities to challenge myself and contribute to meaningful projects.
