Responsibilities* Function as SPOC for all sub-contractors, vendors and NOC’s in the Nordics + Russia.(OnCall 24/7/365 )* Secure routine maintenance in accordance with LUMENs Safety Policies and Procedures.* Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.* Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend system upgrades.* Work with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets LUMENs standards.* Perform all maintenance to ensure the highest level of efficiency without disruption to the business.* Accurate and timely completion of work order requests.* Escalate issues to Manager as needed.* Continuously work on improvements, energy efficiency and quality assurance procedures.* Plan and lead new installations as well as building retrofits.(MOPs/CRs/create cost cases)* Responsible for updating the list of items, maintenance plans etc.* Performing administration and documentation.* Respond to customer service requests and emergencies.*Handle all coms. to finance dep. about costs, verifications/approvals/request, sorting out problems for finance on regional levels. * Secure that all subcontractors/vendors and stakeholders have access to our premises at Nordic region. +300..*Implementing new working strategies/topologies with partnerships companies.
