While I am still a Data Scientist, Program Manager and Cyber Security Specialist (Security+), I was recruited by the U.S. Census Bureau to serve as Cloud Administrator and Red Hat Enterprise Linux expert in the Infrastructure Engineering Branch and Computer Services Division. My background in command line coding and experience with UNIX made this a natural fit.My duties including working with Census data center personnel to design, implement and administer day-to-day activities on Census and other Federal government cloud environments where high-level management is a must to meet both internal ON-PREM and external cloud needs for rapid ramp-up in specialized Fed Ramp enclaves where extremely complex ATOs are required to protect Title 13 and 26 data. In 1996 I created a consulting company garnering many clients and opportunities over the years. For example; while with Sylvan I designed and implemented a student billing module that interfaced with PeopleSoft for the nation’s largest education testing service.As the WEBMASTER and WEB CONTENT PRODUCER I have written, edited and produced hundreds of articles and items of content for web sites. I have designed and implemented national marketing campaigns. I was selected as Entrepreneurial Renegade of the Year by Success Magazine and was honored by New York’s Hudson Valley Report.As a Technical Writer, I REVERSED ENGINEEREED a customized Information Systems for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC). This system was internally developed in FoxPro over several decades maintaining unique business rules relevant specifically to the US Courts. I was part of a team that documented the software; its business rules while proffering suggestions for converting each module from FoxPro to newer programming paradigms, i.e. .NET and/or Cold Fusion. Required meeting with many stakeholders and high level court officials to collect information that dealt with the nuances of the overall project assimilating collected information into cohesive, highly readable document packages.

I was a lead project manager for several A-Tech contracts. My job was to pull together various facets of large government and commercial contracts for cohesive alignment of unique Statements of Work. I worked with COTRs, officers, executives and various contractors for informed and predictable results.I was recently recruited by a large organization to assist in the management of a big data project at which I time I ended my tenure with A-Tech.
