Responsible for planning, scheduling, developing, and directing for the maintenance program for the Army War Reserve Stock (APS-2) and reimbursable projects at Livorno Army Depot. Advised the Commander on multifunctional logistics solutions with specific focus on reimbursable projects such as the M-ATV Reset program. Key tasks included receiving, storing, issuing, maintaining, and accounting for over 7,000 lines of Shop Stock valued in excess of $75 million in support of US Army and GCC strategic requirements. Responsible for securing, maintaining, prioritizing and allocating resources to ensure the directorate is prepared to execute the Battalion's mission to support GCC contingency operations.

Responsible for securing, maintaining, prioritizing, and allocating resources to ensure the company, totaling 131 Soldiers and assigned MTOE property and Theater Provided Equipment valued at over $35 million, was prepared to execute the Battalion's mission to support contingency operations.

Received, issued and distributed all Classes of Supply to the Battalion. Provided up to 17,500 gallons of bulk petroleum and 6,000 gallons of potable water daily to the Battalion. Provided all Class V and Hazardous Material handling for the Battalion.

Schweinfurt, Germany

Maintenance Control Officer for the only Construction Effects Engineer Battalion forward deployed in USAREUR. Led the Battalion Maintenance Control team of two senior warrant officers, three NCOs and two Soldiers to ensure quality maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and reporting on over 3,200 pieces of equipment totaling over $24M. Managed, supervised and coordinated, the organization, direct and general support maintenance activities for one Horizontal Engineer Company, one Vertical Engineer Company, the HHC and FSC organic to the Battalion and one Survey and Design Detachment. Implemented QA/QC, safety and environmental programs for all maintenance in the Battalion and ensured accurate reporting to higher.

Senior Foreign Weapons Analyst and Platoon Sergeant of one of only two Platoons in the DOD's only Active Duty Technical Intelligence collection company, provided world wide intelligence identification, analysis and collection capability to the Army.
