I’m currently an IT SRM Specialist at Serco, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a specific set of IT Suppliers and internal stakeholders, working alongside Heads of Product, Standard Service Managers and Operational teams to ensure that the suppliers are meeting business requirements and as a minimum meeting their contractual obligations, identifying opportunities to improve the cost/commercial relationship and supplier performance management.
