As a seasoned Senior Application Developer and IT Leader with over twenty years of experience, I specialize in spearheading transformative projects and optimizing operational efficiencies. Moreover, I enjoy fostering collaboration and problem-solving across various teams and I’ve discovered how paramount it is to effectively bridge communication gaps between entry-level staff and technical experts. Currently, I serve as a Senior Application Developer at the City of Pasadena, where I have successfully managed, promoted, and expanded the use of the enterprise-level Land Management, Permitting, and Licensing System, resulting in a significant annual collection of $50M for numerous departments. Prior to that, while serving as a Department Information Systems Analyst II, I single-handedly administering a longstanding legacy source-of-record system without vendor support for a decade.Early in my career, I honed my technical skills within United Group Consulting, guiding customers to enhance their software proficiency.
