I connect adults to employment by partnering with Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) state agency. • I support clients to find employment by crafting their resumes for maximum impact, conducting mock interviews, coaching, and supporting them on actual interviews resulting in an increase in job seeking skills, self-confidence, job seeking process awareness, and an increased chance at employment success. Once clients are employed, I offer short term coaching and support.• Network with employers in the community on clients' behalf. • Use Spanish language skills to work with Spanish speaking clients.

Next Level Trainings is a transformational, experiential, emotional intelligence and leadership development program.• Participated as a student in the 4-month program. Chosen to become a Coach in a new 4-month cycle of the program. I coach students to achieve their life visions resulting in leadership skills and increased emotional intelligence. • Facilitate twice-a-week individual coaching calls with a groups of students and once-a-week group Zoom video conferences. Participate in once-a-week management calls with Leadership.
