My duties included project management for design and layout work for subdivisions, commercial, and light industrial properties ranging from an acre to several hundred acres. I was also being mentored in the daily operations of the company, including proposal writing, invoicing and collections.I was also in charge of all computer maintenance, upgrades and purchasing of all software and electronic equipment. This also included creating and maintaining the companies AutoCAD system and standards. My design work included, construction plans, but was not limited to the layout of lots, streets, sanitary sewer, storm water sewers, domestic water distribution and site grading.

Worked in the Reserve unit; volunteered my time to the city as a uniform police officer. My biggest accomplishment other then working patrol was in 1999 I coordinated and directed a multi-city bike and safety rodeo for children. I organized 30 officers from 5 cities along with a dozen private businesses to help with the rodeo.
