As a Global Business Director at Zschimmer & Schwarz, I am responsible for one of nine global business units.My core competencies include coaching and leading a team of people, operational and strategic business development, translating trends & customer needs into concrete actions within the B2B business, systematic developing sales & the product portfolio, relationship management at all levels, project coordination with all stakeholders including M&A activities, fostering innovation & application know-how and the efficient use of marketing tools.After my chemistry degree, I gradually moved from technical to more commercial roles and managing positions, mainly in the B2B Consumer Care business. I am a native German speaker and fluent in English. I'm open to learn more about new cultures. I am efficient, open-minded and team work is key for me.
