I am responsible for managing and developing current key accounts within our Reseller Itinerary. Resellers promote and sell various servers, web hosting packages and domain names amongst other add-ons and my role is to review current uses and see how we can help them develop their income and promote themselves through white labelling, ultimately benefiting Heart moving forward. Email, Phone and ticket system communication is a key attribute and part of my daily routine. Answering calls, overseeing technical queries and processing order. Average commission is £1000 per month averaging from 80 – 100 sales per month.

Coming into this role as a self-employed manager I am responsible for managing a team of sales staff as well as obtaining my own sales, I average 3 -5 sales per week, all from cold calling as well as working closely with my team. Covering all aspects of Merchant Services, from rate reviews, PCI DSS and terminal types, full company presentation to a wide number of prospective customers from local shops to larger chains. Being in competition with Streamline, Transax, RMS, Payment Sense and all the major banks I have a good knowledge of the industry. Averaged £500 per week on self-employed basis of £50 per sale,

Working for Combined Insurance who were the UK-s leader for personal Accident and Health Insurance, and part of the ACE Group. As a Self Employed Area Sales Executive, supplying to both businesses and the general public. Working under the Data Protection Act and Treating Customers Fairly I continuously exceeded all targets achieving company awards and becoming the Northern UK-s Number 4 representative within 6months and being pushed towards management and running my own team. Managing my own area, clients and training new members of the team were regular responsibilities in my 2nd Feb the company made all the direct sales team and trainers redundant, I then joined the guys at Eunisure Limited and enhanced my sales portfolio which allowed me to add Health and Life policies to offer the customers a wider range of products. In both roles I averaged 12 sales per week from a targeted 8 per week giving me a rough earning of -1000 per week. Working off £90 per sale I was averaging £1100 per week in self generated commission only
