CurrentWorking in a Customer Service environment providing them advice, support and practical assistance via in-house ticket system:Duties:Responsible for helping customers to get their website online and to get their email.Responsible for taking calls from the customers of different brands with technical queries and assisting them to resolve their issues.Also, responsible for problem solving server side programming and email issues, mainly on Linux web and mail server.Identifying system, problem, bugs and liaising with 2nd line support to resolve these issues.Working closely with colleagues, ensuring best practice is shared at all times.
